  • I am an Out of Network provider, meaning I do not directly take insurance payments. However, many insurance plans provide some out of network coverage for sessions. I will be happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to support you in submitting to your insurance for reimbursement.

This allows for flexibility and time to fully and thoughtfully focus on each individual client I work with, giving you the best possible care. Being Out of Network allows me to provide you with quality services without the constraints and information required by insurance companies.

  • Be sure to review all the information here on my website! If you’d like to know more or chat further about if we’re a good fit, we can set up a free 15-minute consultation call. Just fill out the contact form below.

  • This is something we can decide together! Typically I recommend starting with weekly sessions. As therapy progresses, we may move to biweekly or monthly sessions.

  • I specialize in working with pre-teens, teenagers, and adults! If you are interested in therapy for a younger child, I recommend scheduling a consultation call to see if we will be a good fit.
