Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a therapist for empaths, perfectionists, and sensitive souls.


I help highly sensitive people, people-pleasers, and those living with anxiety, trauma, and chronic illness reconnect with their inner voice and create meaningful change.

Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that integrates art therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and talk therapy, I’ll support you in understanding your patterns, healing old wounds, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
